Senior Manager, Strategic Engagement & Communications

About the role

The Strategic Engagement team at NTUC-ARU is looking for a senior professional to drive advocacy and communication initiatives, especially among youth. You will help shape the Labour Movement narrative and support policy‑making through innovative engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with new advocates, including micro and nano influencers, content partners and youth groups, to understand their concerns and evolving needs.
• Collaborate with internal NTUC‑ARU teams to develop and strengthen stakeholder communities, primarily through face‑to‑face engagement.
• Support the strategy and execution of influencer‑led campaigns that advance key Labour Movement messaging.
• Oversee content delivery and execution across social media channels.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in strategic engagement with diverse partners.
• Background in social media engagement and a proven ability to grow a network of personalities or groups.
• Strong communication and partnership development skills, capable of engaging external advocates at all levels.
• Experience in social content creation, strategy, delivery and execution.
• Innovative mindset with a drive to improve processes.
• Passion for working in a cause‑driven organization.
