Senior Manager – TTSH Medical Tower Project Office

About the role

Join the CEO’s Office at Tan Tock Seng Hospital to lead the strategic planning and operational set‑up of the new TTSH Medical Tower, a flagship facility within the HealthCity Novena Masterplan. You will shape patient‑centric services, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensure the tower integrates smoothly with existing campus operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic alignment discussions with clinical, nursing, allied health and operational divisions.
• Plan, design and execute the development of new facilities in collaboration with senior management, MOHH Project Development Team and appointed medical planners.
• Develop and implement clinical service and operational strategies aligned with future models of care and patient journeys.
• Translate service plans into physical design and infrastructure requirements, managing required resources.
• Create action plans to meet short‑term and long‑term objectives within the overall project timeline.
• Conceptualise and implement business‑as‑usual operations for the new tower, ensuring harmony with existing TTSH operations.
• Present proposals and risk mitigation strategies to senior management.
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior staff while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Recognised Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or related sectors.
• A degree in healthcare or biomedical sciences is an advantage.
