About the role
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator to lead the installation and coordination of M&E services across main construction, general building and HDB projects in Singapore. The role involves close collaboration with site construction teams, architects and structural engineers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage M&E services installation from design drawings through on‑site execution.
- Coordinate M&E activities with construction, architectural and structural teams to optimise sequencing of works.
- Plan, control and monitor M&E works, preparing and submitting required drawings such as Construction Shop Drawings (CSD).
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of proven M&E coordination experience on building projects in Singapore.

- Competitive salary ranging from SGD 5,000 to SGD 10,000 per month.
