Senior Nurse Manager, Home Nursing

About the role

The Senior Nurse Manager, Home Nursing leads the delivery of high‑quality home nursing services, ensuring compliance with Singapore Nursing Board regulations and Ministry of Health guidelines. Reporting to senior management, you will shape clinical governance, develop policies, and drive performance across the Home Nursing Service Line.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, direct and evaluate nursing activities and resource utilization for home care services.
• Ensure quality standards meet MOH guidelines, service requirements, and internal policies.
• Lead clinical safety and risk‑management initiatives in collaboration with related departments.
• Develop emerging nursing roles and new skill sets with key stakeholders.
• Oversee service planning, implementation, continuous quality audits and performance measurement.
• Mentor, coach and advocate Nurse Managers, Clinicians and Educators to foster leadership.
• Recruit, orient, train and appraise nursing staff, ensuring fair remuneration and benefits.
• Implement strategic initiatives to improve clinical governance, client care and safety.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in nursing management, preferably in home care.
• Strong understanding of Singapore nursing regulations, clinical governance and quality improvement.
• Ability to develop and implement policies, strategic plans and performance KPIs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team‑building skills.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, openness to change and teamwork.
