Senior Oncology Product Specialist

About the role

AstraZeneca is seeking a Senior Oncology Product Specialist to join its Singapore Marketing Company, Oncology Business Unit. In this role you will champion innovative oncology solutions, build long‑term relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and help drive market access for life‑changing medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Promote AstraZeneca’s oncology portfolio to physicians, pharmacists and key opinion leaders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic engagement programmes.
• Gather clinical insights and market feedback to inform product positioning and launch strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and effective product launches.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and comply with all regulatory and company guidelines.

Required profile

• University degree (preferably in natural sciences).
• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence and access to a vehicle for field work.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in oncology, haematology or specialty care pharmaceutical sales.
• Proven track record of building relationships with healthcare professionals.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of oncology and haematology therapeutic areas.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding field schedule.
