Senior Performance Marketing Specialist – North America

About the role

Castlery is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimise paid media channels across North America. You will drive end‑to‑end campaign strategy, execution and reporting to acquire new customers and accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance marketing on Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and Google Ads for the assigned market.
• Manage monthly and quarterly budgets, ensuring spend aligns with revenue and ROAS targets.
• Develop and execute channel strategies that balance prospecting and retargeting.
• Build and refine audience segments, look‑alike models, keyword and interest targeting, and exclusion logic.
• Lead structured creative and audience testing, formulating hypotheses and measuring outcomes.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and deep‑dives with actionable recommendations.
• Support cross‑channel attribution and incrementality analysis.
• Collaborate with Business & Media Strategy Lead, creative teams, agencies and platform partners.
• Monitor competitive activity and platform updates to inform quarterly media planning.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience at scale, with direct ownership of Meta and Google Ads.
• Experience managing at least one additional channel such as Pinterest, TikTok or programmatic.
• Proven track record of handling meaningful monthly budgets and meeting ROAS or CPA targets, preferably in e‑commerce or DTC.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using GA4, Looker Studio and native platform reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to translate performance data for non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑directed, curious and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.
