Senior Planner – Supply Chain (Hybrid, Singapore/Johor)

About the role

Cricut is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to manage the supply of hardware products and electronic components across its Singapore and Johor Bahru operations. The role blends demand forecasting, manufacturing planning, and 3PL coordination in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate demand forecasts into detailed manufacturing plans for Cricut hardware.
• Allocate demand to contract manufacturers and monitor weekly supply commitments against purchase orders.
• Run MRP for electronic components, generate purchase orders, and oversee the 3PL warehouse for component fulfillment.
• Produce monthly inventory reports, financial projections, and supervise quarterly physical inventory counts.

Required profile

• 10+ years of planning, operations, or manufacturing accounting experience in high‑volume electronics manufacturing.
• Strong command of Material Requirement Planning processes.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Based in Johor Bahru or Singapore; occasional travel to Singapore.
• Reports to the VP, Asia Operations.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
