Senior Presales Solutions Consultant - Enterprise Software

About the role

Veson Nautical, a software company serving commercial maritime clients, is hiring a Senior Presales Solutions Consultant in Singapore. The role sits within the sales team and helps envision, architect and present tailored solutions for prospects and existing clients across a multi-product portfolio, driving revenue growth through strategic pre-sales expertise in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospect needs, and lead technical evaluations including POCs, RFPs and solution design
• Develop initial SOWs and professional services estimates, and act as liaison between sales and the wider organization for technical assistance
• Design integration requirements and serve as the go-to technical resource, educating sales teammates, clients and prospects
• Own the regional demo and sandbox environments and create reusable content such as Consensus demos and discovery frameworks
• Run strategic discovery using the MEDDPICC methodology, present to executives, and support account-specific close strategies
• Maintain accurate Salesforce documentation of opportunities, wins and losses, and use AI tools to speed preparation and content creation
• Balance buyer-facing engagements with internal capability building, mentor associate-level colleagues, and represent the company at conferences and industry events

Required profile

• 7+ years of pre-sales, solutions consulting or technical sales experience in enterprise SaaS
• Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin or other regional languages preferred
• Track record in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Project management experience, documentation design and creation, and strong written and oral communication

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools, particularly Claude
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn and demo platforms
• Technical aptitude for APIs, cloud architecture and system integrations
