Senior Principal Analyst – Media & Communications (1-year contract)

About the role

The Energy Market Authority is seeking a Senior Principal Analyst to lead media and communications initiatives supporting Singapore’s ASEAN Chairmanship 2027. This 1‑year fixed‑term role will coordinate strategic communications and manage key media activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with EMA’s corporate communications team and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across media platforms.
• Prepare, manage, and distribute press releases, media statements, and other content through appropriate channels.
• Develop and execute media content strategies, including release schedules, social media posts, and press materials.
• Oversee the Media@SIEW initiative.
• Manage content capture such as photography, videography, and amplification of key messages.

Required profile

• Experience in public relations and media management (advantageous).
• Strong organisational and project management abilities to handle multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and international counterparts professionally.
