Senior Procurement Manager – Direct Materials (Asia Pacific)

About the role

Rolls‑Royce Solutions Asia is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead the Direct Materials function for the Asia Pacific region. You will shape sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships and ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality supply for manufacturing and engineering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional procurement strategies aligned with global standards and business objectives.
• Lead sourcing, evaluation, qualification and selection of suppliers for direct material spend.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, long‑term agreements and annual contracts.
• Create contingency plans to mitigate supply continuity risks and market volatility.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align procurement actions with operational and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management within a complex, multinational environment.
• Strong track record of delivering cost optimisation and supply continuity for direct materials.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build long‑term strategic partnerships.
• Leadership experience managing high‑performing procurement teams.
