Senior Producer

About the role

The Senior Producer will lead the creation and delivery of high‑quality media content for information and media campaigns supporting MINDEF/SAF. You will shape the narrative, ensure consistency across channels, and drive innovative formats that resonate with both mainstream and social audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute impactful media campaigns aligned with MINDEF/SAF objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to produce cohesive, high‑standard content.
• Manage end‑to‑end production processes, from concept through post‑production.
• Introduce new content formats and strategies to enhance the organisation’s media presence.
• Allocate limited resources efficiently while meeting critical delivery timelines.
• Translate complex military information into clear, engaging material.

Required profile

• Degree in Communication Studies, Film, Visual Communication, Animation, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related media field.
• Strong writing and content development abilities with a focus on accuracy and engagement.
• Good awareness of Singapore’s political, defence and security landscape and current affairs.
• Resourceful, resilient under tight deadlines and able to maintain high standards.
• Independent, proactive and capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in a vernacular language is a plus.
