Senior Product Manager – Digital Commerce (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape the strategy, roadmap and delivery of customer‑facing digital products across ecommerce and omnichannel platforms in Southeast Asia. You will collaborate with regional business, engineering, UX, data and global teams to create data‑driven, AI‑enabled experiences that boost engagement, conversion and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap and execution for regional digital commerce platforms.
• Drive customer experience improvements through analytics, experimentation, A/B testing and AI‑powered solutions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritisation to launch and continuous optimisation.
• Build business cases, prioritise investments and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, analytics and external partners.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience in ecommerce, digital commerce or omnichannel platforms.
• Proven track record defining product strategy and delivering customer‑facing digital products.
• Strong stakeholder management skills within regional or global organisations.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), SAP Hybris, commercetools, CMS or PIM platforms.
• Expertise in analytics, experimentation and A/B testing to optimise product performance.
• Exposure to AI‑driven solutions such as personalisation, recommendation engines, chatbots, automation or predictive analytics.
