Senior Product Manager - Enterprise Platform

About the role

A recruitment group is hiring a Senior Product Manager in Singapore for a client in the technology and financial services sectors. The role oversees the development and enhancement of a critical internal enterprise platform, with high visibility and autonomy and direct influence on strategic product direction alongside senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the existing platform, including product strategy, roadmaps and new features.
• Engage frequently with stakeholders across finance, risk, compliance and operations, turning their requirements into actionable initiatives.
• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate progress to senior leaders.
• Oversee product delivery from planning through implementation, prioritising features by strategic importance.

Required profile

• Right to work in Singapore.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise technology products with significant ownership.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and managing internal stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to enhance legacy platforms while balancing new development.
• Preferred: FinTech, financial services technology or complex technology-driven organisations; experience with internal platforms supporting operations, risk, finance or compliance; mentoring junior product professionals is an advantage.
