Senior Product Manager - Fintech Digitalisation

About the role

A fast-growing technology and digital solutions business, backed by a leading fintech ecosystem, is looking for a Product Manager in Singapore to drive large-scale product digital transformation across Southeast Asia. The role combines product strategy, data analytics and stakeholder management to build data-driven products that improve business performance, operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that enhance operational visibility and business performance.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to streamline and automate operational workflows.
• Identify key business metrics and set up reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Gather requirements and drive platform enhancements that improve productivity and decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Improve user adoption through a better platform experience and operational transparency.
• Monitor product effectiveness through data analysis and continuous optimisation.
• Create structured, measurable processes and drive cross-functional alignment on product priorities.
• Support operational governance and performance management across markets.

Required profile

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Business Platforms or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering data-focused products, dashboards or analytics solutions.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Track record of leading platform improvements or process transformation projects.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Fintech, SaaS or digital business experience is advantageous; exposure to automation, AI tools or data products is a plus.
