Senior Product Owner, SMAI

About the role

Micron Technology, Inc. is hiring a Senior Product Owner for its Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence (SMAI) organization in Singapore. The team defines, drives and delivers end-to-end smart manufacturing solutions, applying automation, AI and machine learning to improve product development and business processes. The role reports to the SMAI organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current yield analysis solutions and ways of working, identify gaps and areas for improvement
• Work with Industry 4.0 solution users to define requirements and analyse information on adopting Industry 4.0 and yield management systems for smart manufacturing
• Optimize and standardize tools and processes so solutions can be scaled across sites
• Develop business cases, validate impacts, estimate ROI and prioritize and propose projects
• Lead projects requiring coordination of global development and support teams, working with Solution Architects, Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers
• Provide expert guidance on system interfaces and capabilities, and use metrics to find improvement opportunities
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work and share AI-enabled improvements

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in assembly/test process engineering or similar operations functions
• Familiarity with yield management processes, systems and solutions for high-volume, high-mix production
• Proven ability to lead and present to small and large groups, and to work across levels of management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, with flexibility to changing business needs
