Senior Project Manager II – AI Initiatives

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager II to lead strategic execution across Razer’s AI organization. The role will drive cross‑functional programs that span AI capability development, product delivery, platform engineering, cloud services and AI data engineering, turning concepts into production‑scale solutions for the gaming domain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project roadmaps for multiple AI initiatives, ensuring smooth execution.
• Act as the bridge between technical and non‑technical teams, communicating AI program objectives and managing interdependencies.
• Partner with engineering, product management, and business leaders to align AI initiatives with company goals.
• Report project progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI teams, data scientists, software developers, marketing and PR to manage full project lifecycles.
• Ensure AI models and products are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Own and continuously improve the AI organization’s operating rhythm, including program reviews and release planning.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring cost‑effective AI solution implementation.
• Establish scalable program‑management practices to improve planning predictability and execution effectiveness.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in AI, data science, or software development.
• Proven track record leading complex AI/ML initiatives in a fast‑paced game or technology environment.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle management, and cloud‑based AI deployment.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, SageMaker, TensorFlow Serving.
• Background in AI‑driven product development or AI/ML software engineering.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, Monday.com.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
