Senior Project Manager

About the role

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the design, development and implementation of new hospitality systems. You will work closely with business users, stakeholders and software developers to ensure solutions meet business goals and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business users to understand processes, workflows and provide insights for system enhancement.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, system specifications and user stories.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies between existing and new systems.
• Collaborate with developers throughout the software development lifecycle, providing feedback and clarification.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT), developing test plans, cases and scripts.
• Document and track defects, issues and enhancements, working with the development team to resolve them.
• Identify risks and work with the team to mitigate them, ensuring project deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Diploma or undergraduate degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with hospitality solutions and industry practices.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse complex business problems and propose actionable solutions.
