Senior Quality Assurance Executive (Operations)

About the role

IRVINS is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Executive to lead daily QC operations in its Singapore manufacturing facility. You will ensure every snack meets the highest food safety and quality standards while coaching a hands‑on QC team on the factory floor.

Key responsibilities

• Align production with company policies to guarantee safe, high‑quality products.
• Maintain and update CCP and OPRP programs to meet FSQA requirements.
• Train, supervise, and schedule QC inspectors, ensuring competency in food safety, quality, and worker safety.
• Conduct daily inspections and trials according to BRCGS, SMETA, FDA, HACCP, and GMP standards.
• Oversee product release, ensuring all parameters comply with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and approve SOPs for QC activities in the production area.
• Perform verification and validation of any changes affecting food safety and quality.
• Issue CAPA, monitor CPAR closure, and assess effectiveness.
• Report overall quality performance to the QA manager, covering documentation, GMP, and hygiene practices.
• Support laboratory operations and manage QC lab consumables.
• Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, supply chain, and R&D on quality issues and raw‑material inspections.

Required profile

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field.
• Significant FMCG quality assurance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a QC team on the shop floor.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on non‑conformance identification and closure.
