Senior Recruiter – Full Commission, Remote (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who thrives on ownership and performance. Based in Singapore and working fully remote, you will run a 360 recruitment desk, focusing on mid‑to‑senior level placements and earning up to 90% of billings through a transparent commission model.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a full‑cycle recruitment process from job intake to offer management.
• Identify and develop new client relationships through proactive outreach, networking and referrals.
• Conduct research, headhunting, interviews and candidate assessments.
• Maintain accurate records in our ATS to track pipelines and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with peers to share market insights and refine sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven 360 recruiter or headhunter experience with successful mid‑to‑senior level placements.
• Strong business development, client management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Self‑driven, highly organised and comfortable working in a commission‑only structure.
• Excellent communicator able to build rapport quickly.
• CEI certified and currently based in Singapore.
