Senior Recruiter – Singapore (Onsite)

About the role

Arta is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for all functions across its Mountain View and Singapore offices. This high‑impact individual contributor will act as a strategic talent partner, balancing the needs of two time zones while driving quality hires in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring goals, interview strategies, compensation expectations, and market realities.
• Own full‑cycle recruiting for technical and non‑technical roles, from intake to offer closure.
• Design and execute pipelining strategies using referrals, events, agencies, and targeted sourcing.
• Conduct structured screening interviews assessing technical depth, communication, cultural fit, and startup suitability.
• Manage recruitment operations: CV screening, interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer letter drafting, ATS hygiene, and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level recruiting experience in fast‑growth technology or startup settings.
• Strong judgment in technical talent assessment and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable balancing priorities across two geographic locations and time zones.
