Senior Recruiter – Singapore (Onsite)

About the role

Arta is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring across all functions, including engineering, product, AI/ML, operations, investment, and marketing. The role can be based onsite in Singapore and will work closely with co‑founders, hiring managers, and interview teams to shape hiring strategy and scale the company during a critical growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership as a trusted advisor, driving intake discussions, aligning on hiring goals, interview strategy, compensation expectations, and market realities.
• Own full‑cycle recruiting for technical and non‑technical roles, from kickoff through offer close, ensuring high‑quality pipelines and a strong candidate experience.
• Develop and execute pipelining strategies using referrals, events, agencies, and targeted sourcing.
• Manage recruitment operations, including CV screening, interview scheduling, feedback collection, debriefs, offer drafting, ATS hygiene, and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter in fast‑paced startup environments.
• Strong technical recruiting judgment combined with operational rigor.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a strategic talent partner.
• Comfortable balancing time zones between Mountain View and Singapore.
