Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Partner (ANZ)

About the role

Thomson Reuters is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for its ANZ business. You will partner closely with hiring managers, build diverse talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience across AI‑enabled software, content, and news divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative intake sessions with hiring managers to define expectations, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for ANZ roles using direct outreach, job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen, interview, and present top talent, collaborating with agency partners when needed.
• Guide hiring managers, candidates, and HR through selection, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends to business stakeholders.
• Contribute to APAC and global talent acquisition initiatives such as employer branding and career events.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the wider APAC recruiting team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of in‑house recruitment experience, preferably within a global matrixed organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly.
• Excellent consultative, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches efficiently under time pressure.
• Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for regional and global teamwork.
• Fluent written and verbal English; additional APAC language skills are a plus.

• Workday (HRIS/ATS) proficiency.
