Senior Recruitment Consultant – Construction Foreign Workers

About the role

We are looking for a senior recruitment consultant to lead the sourcing and onboarding of foreign construction workers for our clients in Singapore. The role combines full‑cycle recruitment with hands‑on administrative support, ensuring a smooth journey from airport arrival to site deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and recruit foreign construction workers, including airport pick‑up, medical check‑up coordination and fingerprint processing.
• Coordinate with overseas agents and manpower agencies to secure qualified candidates on time.
• Manage work‑permit applications, renewals and related documentation with MOM, ICA and other authorities.
• Conduct in‑person or online interviews and assess suitability for construction roles.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date manpower database and provide regular recruitment status reports to management.
• Prepare contracts, employment letters and other HR documents.
• Oversee onboarding activities such as orientation, accommodation and site deployment.
• Assist with payroll data entry, leave management and attendance monitoring.
• Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide general office administration including filing and correspondence.

Required profile

• CEI(KAH) certification and a valid Class 3 driving licence (mandatory).
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in foreign worker recruitment, preferably within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore work‑pass and MOM procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
