Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore Renewables Team. You will drive end‑to‑end recruitment solutions, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior consultants while supporting our mission to become the global leader in sustainability staffing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
• Own the full 360 recruitment cycle – sourcing, interviewing, and placing senior‑level candidates.
• Pitch recruitment solutions, negotiate contracts and fees with clients.
• Conduct market research to spot hiring trends and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of senior candidates through networking and headhunting.
• Manage the offer process to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and clients.
• Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance overall team performance.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of 360 recruitment experience.
• Experience in contract or temporary recruitment is a plus.
• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback.
• Strong business development and sales track record in recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, capable of working independently and within a team.
• CEI certification preferred.
