Senior Sales Enablement Manager

About the role

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Sales Enablement Manager in Singapore. The role works closely with the management team to design and run a quarterly enablement plan, focusing on enabling partners so they act as an extension of the sales team. It also covers community building, event delivery and coaching at manager and director level.

Key responsibilities

• Engage proactively with management to identify, prioritize, develop and execute a quarterly enablement plan, and maintain a local training calendar
• Identify gaps in knowledge and processes and work with managers and directors to deploy the right training and tools quickly
• Drive community and collaboration across the wider Enablement team
• Prioritize third-party training and events, secure budget, plan and deliver them
• Take part in creating and delivering enablement activities such as Sales Kickoff events
• Coach managers and directors
• Use global program assets to support knowledge acquisition and skills development
• Focus on metrics and impact, build content and facilitate deliveries as needed

Required profile

• Strong experience in training and enablement, ideally in technology organizations with a track record of advanced sales training programs
• Experience working in a sales role preferred
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving, such as using AI tools, automating workflows or analysing AI-driven insights
• Ability to work with internal and external subject matter experts to capture knowledge and experience
• Highly responsive to internal customers, effective time manager, able to handle multiple competing priorities and travel

Required skills

• Hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of virtualization, storage and data protection, security and/or cloud computing products is a significant plus
• Ability to determine the right delivery vehicles (training, tools, portals, resources)
