Senior Software Engineer (AI) – FSI Sector

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep AI and data‑science expertise to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and machine‑learning solutions for the financial services industry. You will own the full product lifecycle, from proof‑of‑concept to production, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve real business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of AI‑driven analytics, machine‑learning models, and Agentic AI applications.
• Design, develop, and launch AI products, including agents and applications, moving them from prototype to production.
• Build and maintain full‑stack software solutions, integrating cloud architecture and data principles.
• Automate development workflows with reusable components, tooling, and standardized engineering practices.
• Perform functional and performance testing to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate on cloud‑based agent and application architecture, design, and implementation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Define non‑functional requirements and assess database solutions for regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Agentic AI engineering, web application development, or data science.
• Strong knowledge of AI techniques and hands‑on experience with AI frameworks and open‑source libraries.
• Familiarity with database design, implementation, and management.
• Experience with Agile delivery and cloud computing platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
