Senior Solution & Delivery Lead (Digital Engineering), Senior VP

About the role

Citi is looking for a Senior Solution & Delivery Lead, Senior Vice President, for its Digital Engineering organization in Singapore. The role drives product-technology alignment, multi-year roadmaps and end-to-end delivery across Consumer Banking, without being a hands-on coder. It requires deep expertise in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), Fraud Risk Engineering and Open Banking, and leading an AI-first transformation of Business Analysts and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute multi-year digital product roadmaps with senior business executives.
• Build executive business cases, ROI models and cost-benefit frameworks linking architecture to revenue, efficiency and risk outcomes.
• Own multi-million-dollar annual project financials, resource forecasting, vendor run-rates and capital allocations.
• Serve as subject matter expert on CIAM, biometric/passwordless authentication, OAuth2/OIDC, real-time fraud detection and Open Banking/PSD2 APIs, including regulations across Asia, Europe and North America.
• Pivot Business Analysts and solution designers to an AI-first PDLC, using AI coding agents and GenAI design copilots.
• Drive adoption of AI engineering tools such as Devin and agentic workflows to speed the SDLC and automate quality gates.
• Act as technical authority with regulators, risk, compliance, information security and C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead architecture of secure consumer banking journeys, API-first standards, event-driven architectures and microservices governance.
• Orchestrate large-scale agile delivery across globally distributed teams with enterprise DevSecOps.
• Resolve critical bottlenecks and set up fallbacks, high availability and failover patterns.
• Set standards for user stories, BDD acceptance criteria, edge cases and non-functional requirements.
• Direct API and architectural asset cataloging, and build and mentor solution architects, product managers and delivery directors.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Significant experience building complex business and/or transactional models.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality technology products in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
• Ability to back assumptions with hard data and metrics and to build business cases.
• Leadership and influencing skills, including managing a tech team and developing product management talent.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
