Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition to join Mastercard’s APAC Talent Acquisition team in Singapore. In this regional position you will drive end‑to‑end hiring for fast‑growing business areas across APAC, focusing on direct sourcing, candidate engagement and building high‑quality talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing and screening through offer and candidate close.
• Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies for roles across APAC.
• Build strong talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and business‑critical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide market insight, competitor analysis and talent mapping.
• Act as a Mastercard ambassador, delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Support inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate slates.
• Track and share hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost per hire and pipeline strength.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and stakeholder experience.

Required profile

• Proactive, curious and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced regional environment.
• Strong track record in talent acquisition, preferably in high‑volume or regional hiring.
• Experience hiring for commercial, product, delivery, account management or sales functions.
• Demonstrated direct sourcing expertise and ability to engage passive talent.
• Proven ability to build pipelines for hard‑to‑fill or competitive roles.
• Excellent screening and assessment capabilities.
