Senior Staff Nurse – Homecare

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to provide professional home‑care services across Singapore. The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in their own homes, ensuring comfort, safety and continuity of treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs, maintain patient hygiene and assist with daily activities such as dressing and feeding.
• Assess patients’ conditions and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Perform clinical procedures including wound dressing, stitch removal, venipuncture, and urinary catheter care.
• Administer prescribed medications and document all treatments accurately.
• Communicate patient status to primary care providers and act as a liaison between patients, families and healthcare teams.
• Provide end‑of‑life pain management and symptom relief, addressing issues such as nausea, anxiety and pressure injuries.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing and registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Relevant experience in home care, gerontology, community care or oncology is an advantage.
