Senior Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

AMD is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to own end‑to‑end supply planning for its Data Center GPU portfolio. You will ensure product availability, meet key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvements across a global, matrixed organization.

Key responsibilities

• Meet SCM KPIs such as program milestones, on‑time delivery, and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to communicate priorities, close operational gaps, and resolve issues.
• Analyze demand and supply data to proactively identify shortages and initiate expedites.
• Position supply to support new product launches, demand ramps, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain continuous supply‑demand tracking, convert demand into a master schedule, and ensure customer deliveries.
• Lead development of tools for complex planning, BOM, and inventory flows.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and change‑management processes to increase productivity and scale.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in industrial engineering, supply chain, or operations research.
• Growth mindset, strong analytical and quantitative abilities, and comfort with uncertainty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and in a matrix environment.
