Senior Supply Planning Executive

About the role

The Senior Supply Planning Executive will drive end‑to‑end supply planning, inventory optimisation and replenishment execution for Chanel’s Fragrance & Beauty portfolio in Singapore. You will ensure optimal product availability, support business growth, meet service‑level targets and manage inventory objectives across multiple sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Validate purchase orders using the M2M Global tool, balancing POS inventory, VM requirements, product lifecycle status and supply constraints.
• Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, commercial priorities, inventory targets and CSR objectives.
• Partner with Global, Regional and Local supply‑chain teams to secure inventory allocations and prioritise critical supply requirements.
• Provide data‑driven visibility of supply constraints, inventory risks and replenishment opportunities.
• Monitor inbound supply flow, escalate risks and drive recovery actions to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate omnichannel supply planning across boutiques, e‑commerce, department stores and travel retail, managing allocation and quota.
• Communicate campaign readiness risks at least one month before launch and adjust plans with Marketing and Retail teams.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in supply planning and inventory management within a fast‑moving consumer goods or luxury environment.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with demand planners, supply‑chain partners and commercial teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on mitigating stock‑out, excess and aging inventory risks.
• Excellent communication skills to convey supply status, risks and mitigation options to leadership.
