About the role
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a global ICT leader. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across all levels of the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn, databases and professional networks.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess cultural and technical fit.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5–6 years of experience as an in‑house or agency recruiter.
- Proven success filling complex or senior‑level positions.
- Strong negotiation skills to close competitive offers.
- Headhunting or executive search experience is highly preferred.
