Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Singapore. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent while building a strong pipeline for critical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from requisition to offer acceptance, including job description creation, posting, screening, interviewing and candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks and employee referrals to source qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough assessments and skills evaluations to ensure cultural and technical fit.
• Negotiate and extend competitive offers while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and develop innovative sourcing approaches for passive talent.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive full‑cycle talent acquisition experience, preferably in technical, automotive, advanced technology or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven recruitment approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Mandarin language proficiency to support production‑line interactions.
