Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the Wealth Management division of BNP Paribas. In this role you will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues across APAC to design and execute sourcing strategies that attract high‑quality, diverse talent.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Design and implement internal and external sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media and the BNP Paribas APAC employer brand.
• Develop and manage talent pools to meet current and future workforce requirements.
• Coordinate interview and selection processes, including HR interviews, and ensure timely candidate progression.
• Manage offer preparation, negotiation and onboarding to meet target start dates.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Administration Team in Mumbai and external search firms, ensuring compliance with BNP Paribas policies.
• Produce accurate recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Lead special projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment policies and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of internal or RPO recruitment experience, preferably within private banking or wealth management.
• Proven track record of meeting demanding hiring targets in a specialist, high‑volume environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment.

Required skills

• Experience using job boards and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
• Familiarity with employer branding initiatives.
• Ability to work with recruitment metrics and reporting tools.
