Senior Tax Analyst / Assistant Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will partner with senior leadership to manage the organisation's corporate tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions. The role blends compliance, strategic advisory and the implementation of cloud‑based tax technology to support the company’s regional finance transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee local tax compliance filings and coordinate audits with tax authorities.
• Implement and maintain global transfer pricing frameworks and documentation.
• Monitor changes in indirect tax policies and advise business units on impact.
• Identify tax risks linked to expansion and operational initiatives and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants to drive tax automation and workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience managing complex tax portfolios.
• Experience in a Big‑4 tax advisory or compliance environment is welcomed.
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity for tax technology and automation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of corporate tax compliance and transfer pricing principles.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based tax software and workflow automation concepts.
