Senior Team Head – Privilege Banking International (Offshore)

About the role

UOB is seeking a Senior Team Head to lead its Privilege Banking International (Offshore) unit. The role combines leadership, client relationship management, business development, and compliance oversight to drive growth and service excellence for high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of Client Advisors, set performance objectives and monitor KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, delivering tailored wealth‑management solutions.
• Drive acquisition of new clients and grow assets under management, identifying market opportunities and collaborating on targeted campaigns.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, including FAA, FATCA and CRS, and manage risk and governance.
• Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors and other internal stakeholders to deliver holistic financial solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field; MBA or CFA/CFP preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of wealth‑management or private‑banking experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success managing offshore banking teams and growing international portfolios.
• Deep understanding of cross‑border financial regulations and offshore client needs.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills; multilingual and willing to travel internationally.
