Senior Team Lead – Warehouse & Office Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Team Lead to oversee our warehouse and office teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and meeting performance targets. The role is based at DSV’s Singapore facilities and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of warehouse and office staff to achieve daily lead‑time and KPI targets.
• Coordinate bonded and licensed goods handling in compliance with customs regulations.
• Maintain accurate stock inventory, conduct regular cycle counts and annual stock audits.
• Monitor attendance, manage leave records and ensure proper manpower deployment.
• Prepare and control purchase requisitions and related documentation.
• Address QEHS issues and collaborate with People & Organization on HR matters.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and resolve non‑compliance incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading warehouse or logistics teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of customs rules, bonded goods handling, and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams including HR, procurement and safety.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on meeting KPI and compliance standards.
