Senior Travel Consultant – Publicity Entertainment (Remote)

About the role

Netflix is seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to join its Entertainment travel team. Working remotely from Singapore, you will support high‑profile talent, press, and publicists across the globe, ensuring seamless travel experiences for film festivals, award shows, and other publicity events.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming travel requests via phone and email for Netflix Entertainment, covering VIPs, talent, press, and groups.
• Provide creative, budget‑aware solutions that meet publicist requirements.
• Manage amendments, cancellations, schedule changes, and fare recalculations for domestic and international itineraries.
• Arrange accommodation, meet‑and‑greet services, chauffeured cars, lounges, and other VIP amenities.
• Maintain accurate travel manifests, logs, itineraries, invoicing, and billing.
• Deliver consistent, first‑class customer service and stay updated on travel industry changes.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in entertainment or VIP travel coordination.
• Calm, reassuring demeanor with the ability to handle complex, fast‑paced situations.
• Passion for media, film, and television, and a strong commitment to Netflix’s culture.
• Flexibility with working hours and remote location.
