Senior Warehouse Assistant – Jurong East

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Warehouse Assistant to join our Jurong East facility. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily warehouse operations, from receiving goods to preparing shipments for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and on time.
• Pack items precisely to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update inventory records to support stock control.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits.
• Complete proper documentation for all inbound and outbound movements.
• Uphold warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Carry out additional general warehouse duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, especially with Excel and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–6:00 pm.
