Senior/Assistant Manager (Clinical Service Planning)

About the role

Reporting to the Head (Clinical Operations), this position provides managerial support for the operations of clinical services, programmes and projects and Specialist Outpatient services at JurongHealth Campus (Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and Jurong Community Hospital). It works closely with healthcare professionals, administrative teams and external partners to coordinate operations, manage resources and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Clinical service planning and implementation: support the Clinical HOD/DOS in planning and running clinical services across the campus, including wards, operating theatres and specialist outpatient clinics, and help clinician leads coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to introduce and develop clinical programmes
• Budgetary planning and implementation of departmental workplans, and contribute to business development and community outreach
• Project and programme management: support supervisors in designing and implementing projects, arrange and support meetings for multidisciplinary teams, and identify and run continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor KPIs, timelines and other performance metrics, and flag issues that fall below targets to project managers and clinical leads
• Accurate and timely submission of monthly reports and monitoring of performance metrics
• Staff leadership: give clear direction, set expectations, drive engagement and foster a culture of continuous learning
• Other assignments given by the supervisor or HOD

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, healthcare or administrative roles preferred
