Senior/Associate Executive, Digital Health Readiness (Contract)

About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Senior/Associate Executive on a contract basis to join its Digital Health Readiness team. The role provides administrative and coordination support for digital transformation projects across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster, helping drive digital adoption through stakeholder coordination, event organisation and record keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder databases, prepare appointment letters and keep records of change plans, communications and training attendance
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder briefings, including participant lists, logistics and progress tracking
• Enter survey responses and attendance data into systems, support report generation and act as a point of contact for staff enquiries about change events and training
• Liaise with senior management, department heads and external stakeholders
• Provide secretarial support to the Digital Health Readiness team

Required profile

• Diploma in Information Systems, Business or a healthcare-related field preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; candidates with more experience will be considered for the senior position
• Strong organisational skills, able to multitask and work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
