About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Senior/Associate Executive to provide comprehensive operational support for its residency programme. The role covers coordinating logistics for residency events, managing documentation and supporting educational initiatives, within a dynamic environment supporting medical education.

Key responsibilities

Handle administrative tasks such as event coordination, venue booking, catering arrangements and meeting preparation
Liaise with internal and external parties
Maintain resident records and documentation, perform data entry and assist with financial reporting and audits
Support educational projects and may cross-train across different programmes as part of professional development

Required profile

Diploma in any discipline
Prior work experience in a healthcare setting or training environment is advantageous
Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
