Senior/Manager (Group Hospitality)

About the role

JurongHealth Campus (Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and Jurong Community Hospital, part of NUHS) is hiring a Senior/Manager (Group Hospitality). The role oversees contract management, vendor performance and daily operations for assigned Group Hospitality services across NUHS institutions, and acts as a subject matter expert on contract matters.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure contract management complies with contract terms, the NUHS Contract Management Policy and audit requirements, and communicate signed contracts to stakeholders.
• Assess vendor workforce qualifications and competencies, validate vendor performance against KPIs and service standards, and flag high risks to the Institution Lead.
• Check that contracts are executed correctly, KPIs verified, checklists completed and supporting documents attached before payment approval.
• Ensure vendors comply with workplace safety regulations and that the institution's business continuity plan is in place with annual drills.
• Oversee daily operations, handle user department requests, raise purchase requests and orders, manage in-house inventory and track fixed assets.
• Plan and oversee the annual budget for assigned services and coordinate with Finance on correct billing.
• Lead or take part in assigned projects and act as a subject matter expert, training new contract managers.
• Review processes for staff productivity and efficiency, and undertake other duties assigned by the Institution Lead.

Required profile

• Recognized degree, preferably in healthcare or hospitality-related disciplines.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
• Analytical, meticulous, good with numbers, proactive, innovative and forward-looking.
