Senior/Manager, Physical Activity (1 Year Contract)

About the role

The Health Promotion Board's Physical Activity Department, within the Physical Activity and Healthy Ageing Division, aims to make active living a cornerstone of daily life in Singapore. It designs and delivers programmes and partners with government agencies, industry leaders and stakeholders to expand access to inclusive, high-quality physical activity. This is a 1-year contract position focused on planning and executing nationwide physical activity strategies and programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the digital exercise prescription framework through Healthy 365, acting as the bridge between policy intent and digital reality
• Craft and communicate the product roadmap, turn the framework into clear user flows and functional requirements, and work with platform and IT teams to deliver the digital experience
• Design and run pilots to test how real users respond, define success, select use cases and curate content
• Lend expertise to other digital physical activity initiatives by curating content and resources that help residents build healthy habits

Required profile

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to work in a highly matrixed, dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail, including structuring ambiguous issues and improving processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management, with internal and external audiences
• Track record managing and implementing community-based programmes; experience in physical activity, service design or related areas is an advantage

Required skills

• Advantage: experience in digital product development, user journey design, programme digitalisation or testing of digital solutions
• Ability to work with subject matter experts and operational teams to curate evidence-informed content, support user testing and turn ideas into implementation plans

Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract.
