Senior/Staff Nurse – Cardiovascular Lab

About the role

JurongHealth Campus is seeking a Senior or Staff Nurse to work in the Cardiovascular Lab. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced interventional environment, supporting cardiologists and ensuring safe, efficient procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care needs with the cardiology team and cardiologist.
• Assist the cardiologist with safe handling of instruments, needles, catheters, balloons, stents and other devices.
• Prepare the procedure room with required equipment, supplies, consumables and infusions before each case.
• Perform daily checks and operate critical cardiovascular lab equipment.
• Maintain strict infection‑control standards throughout procedures.
• Respond to emergency clinical situations and mobilise assistance as needed.
• Monitor patients during and after anaesthesia, document in EMR, and manage dressings, sheaths, drains and infusions.
• Transfer patients after appropriate recovery and provide on‑call support after hours.

Required profile

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing, or State Registered Nurse Certificate.
• Relevant Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent preferred for Senior Staff Nurse applicants.
