Senior/Staff Nurse – Intensive Care Unit

About the role

JurongHealth Campus is seeking a Senior/Staff Nurse to join its Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The role involves delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care to critically ill patients in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an enhanced standard of care through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient outcomes.
• Assist clinicians with clinical procedures and support the delivery of care for critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Manage advanced respiratory support, invasive monitoring and drug infusion therapies safely.
• Assess patients’ and families’ adaptation and coping skills, intervening when needed.

Required profile

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing, or State Registered Nurse Certificate.
• Relevant Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• For Senior Staff Nurse positions: strong teamwork, analytical mindset, systematic approach, high motivation and leadership capability.
