Senior/Staff Nurse – Multi‑Department Clinical Role

About the role

Eastern General Hospital (EGH) is preparing to launch a state‑of‑the‑art healthcare facility in Singapore. We are seeking a Senior/Staff Nurse to deliver high‑quality nursing care, educate patients, and mentor junior staff across a variety of clinical settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and patient education for an assigned group of patients.
• Coordinate, manage, and evaluate patient care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Guide and supervise junior nurses, ensuring consistent standards of care.
• Rotate across multiple departments, including Emergency, Inpatient Ward, Radiology, Operating Theatre, Endoscopy, Short Stay Ward, and Same‑Day Admission.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Prior experience in tertiary hospitals is an advantage.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team‑player with a positive, caring attitude.
