SEO Manager – Lead Organic Search Strategy

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO team and drive organic growth for both our company and client websites. You will develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that improve search rankings, increase qualified traffic, and boost conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SEO plans aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimization, and technical audits.
• Collaborate with developers, sales, content, UI, and digital marketing teams to deliver SEO initiatives.
• Monitor rankings, analyze performance data, and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Lead site migrations, content restructuring, and backlink strategies for complex websites.
• Produce regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior SEO coordinators and stay current with industry tools and trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of technical SEO experience across multiple industries.
• Strong time‑management and communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with large, complicated sites and site migrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
