About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Service Bureau Customer Service Officer to join our team in Singapore. The role involves providing frontline assistance to the public, handling enquiries and processing transactions in a fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with other staff to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional, front‑line customer service and respond to enquiries.
• Assist customers with applications, transactions and other service‑related processes.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems promptly.
• Support daily operations at the service counter, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and documentation procedures.
• Handle cash or electronic payments as required.
• Provide feedback to improve service processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in service bureaus or comparable customer‑facing environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional handling of customer queries.
• Willingness to work alternate half‑Saturdays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
