Service Crew – Chinese Cuisine (5.5 days/week)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Service Crew members to join our Chinese cuisine restaurant located at 111 Somerset, Singapore. This full‑time position offers a 5.5‑day work week (44 hours) with shifts from 11 am to 10 pm, providing an opportunity to deliver excellent hospitality in a vibrant dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and warmly welcome customers upon arrival.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues courteously.
• Upsell and cross‑sell menu items to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle cashier duties, including billing and payment processing.
• Assist with basic food preparation when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
• Replenish and stock supplies as needed.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Certified in Food Safety & Hygiene by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
